The lady in the picture is actually in a Kenyan. She’s suing the organizers for using her picture without her consent.
Grace Msalame, claiming to be the individual on the posters promoting Miss Uganda Curvy contest is suing the organizers for illegally using her “image and likeness” without her permission.
“I take great exception to the fact that my image and likeness are being used to propagate, disseminate and encourage the objectification of women’s bodies,” Msalame, a Kenyan said in a statement on her social media accounts.
