Speaking at the National Resistance Movement - NRM liberation day celebrations that have been held in Tororo District, the bush war victor reminded Ugandans that one of his priorities after the capture of power was to educate the children of Uganda.
He added that it has always been expensive to invest in Universal Education than road construction but as president, he made a decision to invest in children first because roads could wait.
He also went ahead to let the nation know that most of the roads have been constructed and only a few are remaining and in relation assured the people Tororo that their road will be soon constructed.
